Outline / table of contents overflow into notes field

The outline overflows into the notes field.

Steps to reproduce

1. On desktop, create a new note
2. Add four levels of headings with medium-long titles
3. Enable the outline by ctrl/command + alt/option + H
4. See the outline flow into the notes field

Expected behaviour

The outline either cuts the titles in the outline at the border of the outline bar, or it wraps the text

Actual behaviour

The outline flows beyond the border of the outline bar into the notes field.
