Clearing custom css does nothing

• have a custom css
• remove it
• click save
  --> does nothing and reload shows it again

Setting/removing it via occ still works and CSS is also being used correctly.

The admin JavaScript is written in jQuery, which is. long deprecated and removed in Nextcloud 34.
I have created a pull request #59 to fix this issue.
