ubuntu-20.04 is deprecated.¹ Our other RTD projects are using ubuntu-22.04, but I've chosen ubuntu-24.04 here for extra years of support. ¹ https://about.readthedocs.com/blog/2026/03/ubuntu-20-04-deprecated/
