  • Updates the Angular version to v19
  • Updates our version to v19-rc.0
  • Updates a left-over alpha version ts-eslint (this also resulted in change within the eslint config). I can also create a separate PR for this.

I've updated the version to 19.0.0-beta.0 (instead of 19.0.0-rc.0)
