Explore merging with other iTerm2 Night Owl themes #2

Twitter revealed one other iTerm2 Night Owl theme:
@jsit Are you interested in collaborating on a single version? (I wasn't aware of your version when creating mine — sorry!)
There are quite a few differences but we could work to unify them (click to enlarge image).
- ANSI bright colours. This version lifts them from the source here: https://github.com/sdras/night-owl-vscode-theme/blob/9d36c7624b85fe02f36c772f572a55225fc54d85/themes/Night%20Owl-color-theme.json#L182-L189. I think it produces slightly better legibility, visible in the tig screenshot above.
- Cursor color. (I chose the same purple as the VS Code cursor.)
- Links — open to interpretation; mine are from the link color when alt-clicking a function name to jump to the definition in VS Code.
- Bold color. I felt the green better suits this because it stands out and is a dominant colour in the theme, but I'm open to ideas.
- Foreground color. I took this from https://github.com/sdras/night-owl-vscode-theme/blob/9d36c7624b85fe02f36c772f572a55225fc54d85/themes/Night%20Owl-color-theme.json#L8.
