[BUG] Ligolo doesn't clean up deleted interfaces

Hi again!

Describe the bug
Ligolo doesn't clean up deleted interfaces after exiting and rebooting.
After spending some time on HTB, I ended up with around 5 lingering interfaces along with their routes and they started causing issues with autoroutes 'cause the routes were already assigned to old interfaces

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
use autoroute and let Ligolo create the interface and run the tunnel

Expected behavior
after interface_delete the NIC should be deleted
