  • Review and document ignored warnings.
  • Use DOCTEST_GCC_SUPPRESS_WARNING_PUSH, DOCTEST_GCC_SUPPRESS_WARNING, and DOCTEST_GCC_SUPPRESS_WARNING_POP in test code instead of #pragma and #ifdef.
