Add copy button for README

Would be nice to be able to copy the README as markdown so I can give it to my clanker to make it less silly 😅

I have create a first PR for this feature. I assumed you do mean the README of each package. Feel free to take a look at #1058 and let me know if this is in line with your expectations.

Hey I have opened up a PR for this and didn't realize there was already a PR, I was going to close my PR but decided to keep it because it has the same functionality but a little bit of different design, happy to discuss and I don't mind closing the PR even if my design is selected, happy to collaborate on the existing one.

@IdrisGit I looked at your pr and love how we did have the same kind of idea to solve it! 👌
I do think my pr has been merged and the one of IdrisGit is draft now. What is the plan here? Will we see if we could pull out some parts from IdrisGit PR too? I would like to help out with this if possible!

I also wanted to address the pr comment on my pr about the translation for Copied! to create a specific one for the Markdown copied text with the capital C as proposed.

Hey @IdrisGit and @carwack - as you noticed I merged @carwack's PR and just rebased @IdrisGit's to main. @IdrisGit could you take a look to make sure I didn't mess any of your styles up, and make any changes you want, then we can take a look at merging it!

I wonder if text-transform: capitalize would work in all languages 🤔 But also I think we should consider leaving it as is, since if I look around the page all other buttons are lowercase

I also think this is fine, a very minor detail that can be improved later if needed

So the button was updated in #1071 and so I've rescued your PR by using it to update the toc button 😅 With that, we can close this issue!
