weekly downloads not refresh when version changes

Describe the bug

The weekly downloads are for the latest version. I expect to see the weekly downloads of the selected version.

The npm downloads API aggregates data at the package level only.
As far as I know, version-level download counts are not exposed publicly.

I would not have categorised this as a bug, more a feature request tbh.

I'd say this is a bug, in that it misleads and surprises users. How about just a little informative warning on the downloads? or some sort of copy change to make it obvious? 🤔

Like an info icon + tooltip next to:

• sparkline dropdown title
• chart modal title
  ?

As for the wording:

Data is aggregated at the package level only, not per version. ?

something like that? although I wonder if we can avoid the need for a tooltip if it can be already unambiguous from just the title, you know? like instead of "Weekly Downloads" it could be "Weekly Downloads (all versions)"... but that's too long for the side bar maybe.
