I have a one-line fix for this, it just takes changing z-50 to z-40 in Header.vue.
I'm happy to make a PR for this if that is a PR-worthy change.

Just make sure to add a test similar to #2701 (+ #2760), so there is no future regressions

Also make sure it doesn't affect the changes done in #2628
