It would be great to be able to decode "encoded-word"'s (see https://dmorgan.info/posts/encoded-word-syntax/) using MIME tools:

For example the following base-64 decoded Subject of an email message (using multi-part message bodies, see https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc2047)

=?UTF-8?B?Y291IGhlZWZ0IGhldCBi?=
=?UTF-8?B?ZXJpY2h0IHZhbiBMaXNl?=

=?UTF-8?B?ZWxk?=

Maybe directly by selecting all 5 lines?
