📚 Description
This PR updates the docs structure according to nuxt/nuxt#14700. For now it only moves and renames files. However, for the new structure to make sense, there are still some pages missing (new pages) and some pages needing to be merged together and rewritten a little bit.
TODO: When we are settled for the new structure: Redirects and links updates
