entity collision uuid blacklist

this came up as a possible improvement but wasn't included because it doesn't seem anyone needs it right now.
feel free to comment here if you really specifically need this feature (avoid collision with a specific entity by uuid rather than an entire type of entity) and i'll choose a release to put it in, but until then theres no plan to add it
