oasdiff v1.27.0 reports a breaking change released without a major version bump. The test specs (openapi-test1 1.0.0 -> openapi-test3 1.0.1) carry breaking changes under a patch bump, so the changelog gains one info finding. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
