Hi @auva-odoo :) Wow! This is a big piece of work, but I did a great job! ❤️ I’m a complete beginner when it comes to field service, but I now have a good overview of the module and know how to plan interventions. I’ve added lots of comments, but don’t let that put you off. They’re mostly minor details (especially since it was still a draft). Plus, there may have been times when I was simply lost because my brain didn't work as expected. I want to emphasize that it is normal that I have some questions because it is a complex PR. In any case, you made the best out of this topic! 😗
Overall, I think the structure is very good. However, I would move the “Worksheets” and “Map” sections before “Invoicing,” since invoicing is always the last step for me. Or I would even suggest the following structure, even though the “Products” and “Customer Report” functions are only activated with the “Billing” function:
- Plan an intervention
- Sign in and work on an intervention
- Add products
- Create additional quotations
- Worksheets
- Map
- Invoicing
- Time-based invoicing
- Customer Report
