URLs should update when navigating the UI

Currently, a single URL metrics.xxxx/home is used on all "pages" (in fact, there is only one page).

We should update this URL (probably with anchors) to reflect which content is currently displayed. And properly display the content when a URL with anchor is browsed (e.g. because it has been bookmarked).

Some reflection is need about whether we update the URL when switching aggregation kind (probably) and value (not sure, even less sure about whether we should reflect the absolute value or relative one like "day minus 2")
