Is OMDb abandoned?

No luck trying to contact OMDb via email listed on the site. Trying to get clarification on whether or not a paid key is okay for use in a free app. Despite my app being distributed for free, this would probably still be classified as "commercial use". TOS on site clearly states commercial use is not allowed, but I was hoping that didn't apply to the paid keys.
