Refactor ChatHistory, FeedbackManagement, and PromptRegistry to utilize the data store access interface, ensuring decoupling from specific database implementations.

@joshuayao I believe we are not porting these 3 but deprecating and we should update the examples that use them (mainly productivity suite and agent) to use OpeaStore directly.. OpeaStore is an abstraction of these 3 since they have same code with different input data. Refer to this issue instead: #1548

Thanks for the clarification. Do these 3 components provide any specific functionalities except CRUD operations?

No additional functionalty, each performs CRUD operations with different input data

Evaluated the requirement. This approach would be more feasible. So, closed #1548 and reopen this one.
