Fix battery voltage measurment

- Rev. G of board operates on 3.0V instead of 3.3V which is relevant for
  ADC conversion

Firmware updates for rev. G
f01491b 
- Added DC signal
- Added clipping indicator
- Moved Adafruit OLED library into its own subfolder with splash.h,
  README.md, and license.txt included to comply with their license terms
- Added firmware version macros and display version on splash
