Pulls in v6.4.0 of open-mpic-core.
require_exact_caseflag to non-ACME Website Change and DNS TXT change DCV methods (defaults to True) to accomodate previous behavior of case-insensitive matching logic. Other methods remain case-insensitive or case-sensitive (ACME http-01 and dns-01) as appropriate.Updated the project version from 1.7.0 to 1.8.0 to reflect the new changes.
