Description:
Enabled Dependabot for GitHub Actions by editing the
make gendependabottask in Makefile. For now, I have set the update frequency to weekly (this can be easily changed). This PR reflects changes made in opentelemetry-collector-contrib as well.Link to tracking Issue:
