Add support for exporter selection env variables OTEL_TRACE_EXPORTER and OTEL_METRICS_EXPORTER #1527
Description
The spec describes two environment variables that should be supported by SDK for exporter selection OTEL_TRACE_EXPORTER for traces and OTEL_METRICS_EXPORTER other for metrics. Earlier this was just one variable OTEL_EXPORTER that accepts comma separated known exporter values. That should be updated.
