Add middleware to use OpenTelemetry tracing with Django

  • TODO: add some formal tests
  • TODO: add documentation / descriptions
  • TODO: header propagation from incoming request

I think the functionality added by this PR has been moved into #593, this can be closed IMHO.

Yup, I had made this PR, and afterwards it turned out there was that undocumented repository where integrations were apparently supposed to be made in. And over there is the PR you linked to which does a similar thing. So this one is no longer relevant and has thus been a big waste of my time and effort -_-
