This ensures that the content which will be added to changelogs will pass cspell checks and avoid blocking releases.

See results of testing below which resulted in a failure

Just curious: does it have to limit pull_request type? pull_request seems have a lot of types.

Not all pull request event types are enabled by default ie edited hence the need to specify.
