To add FunctionProfile to OAS and other spec files

Problem:
While specifying the DPMDP, the FunctionProfile has been defined.
It is expected to occur in a lot of future Applications.
It has to become part of the ApplicationPattern.

Required Changes:
At least the following changes need to be made:

• Add FunctionProfile definition to ApplicationPattern+profiles.yaml
• Check whether instances of Functions have to be documented in ApplicationPattern+profileInstances.yaml
• In the OAS file,
  • the FunctionProfile schema to be added in the following paths,
    1. /core-model-1-4:control-construct
    2. /core-model-1-4:control-construct/profile-collection/profile={uuid}
  • the OAM ressource paths have to be added to the oam layer -basic part.

In connection with the Vodafone project and the fact that Telefonica's BackOffice team does not involve in managing the application layer, simplifying the application pattern is under consideration.
A decision about adding OaM paths for managing the FunctionProfile must also consider this context.
