Enhancement: move all httpClientUuid resolutions to IndividualServices

Eg. LogicalTerminationPointWithMappingServices.deleteApplicationInformationAsync has 3 parameters, all are there just to resolve httpClientUuid, so this can be moved to IndividualServices, because also, if we can't find httpClientUuid, it has to be a httpError.BadRequest.

LogicalTerminationPointWithMappingServices should in all places have resolved httpClientUuid as parameter.

This concerns AP and all applications. Individual issues should be created by the assignee when starting with this issue.

The issue was resolved as follows:

• new file services/LogicalTerminationPointServices.js that deprecates services/LogicalTerminationPointWithMappingServices.js
• new file services/models/logicalTerminationPoint/ConfigurationInput.js that deprecates services/models/logicalTerminationPoint/ConfigurationInputWithMapping.js

The ConfigurationInput contains additional parameter http-client-uuid.

LogicalTerminationPointServices contains only 2 exported methods createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync and deleteApplicationLtpsAsync . The mapping between previously 6 exported methods is following:

1. instead of deleteApplicationInformationAsync do:

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidExcludingOldReleaseAndNewRelease
• call LogicalTerminationPointServices.deleteApplicationLtpsAsync(httpClientUuid)

2. instead of createOrUpdateApplicationInformationWithMultipleTcpClientAsyncdo:

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidExcludingOldReleaseAndNewRelease
• add httpClientUuid to ltpConfigurationInput
• call LogicalTerminationPointServices.createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync(ltpConfigurationInput)

3. instead of createOrUpdateApplicationAndReleaseInformationAsync

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidAsync(appName, releaseNumber)
• add httpClientUuid to ltpConfigurationInput
• call LogicalTerminationPointServices.createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync(ltpConfigurationInput)

4. instead of createOrUpdateApplicationInformationAsync

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidAsync(appName)
• add httpClientUuid to ltpConfigurationInput
• call LogicalTerminationPointServices.createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync(ltpConfigurationInput)

4. instead of findAndUpdateApplicationInformationAsync - EDITED

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidAsync(appName, releaseNumber)
  • if httpClientUuid id undefined find it again without release number
• if httpClientUuid is defined, do:
  • add httpClientUuid to ltpConfigurationInput
  • call LogicalTerminationPointServices.createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync(ltpConfigurationInput)

5. instead of findOrCreateApplicationInformationAsync

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidExcludingOldReleaseAndNewRelease
• add httpClientUuid to ltpConfigurationInput
• call LogicalTerminationPointServices.createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync(ltpConfigurationInput)

6. instead of findAndUpdateLogicalTerminationPointInstanceGroupExcludingOldReleaseAndNewReleaseAsync

• resolve httpClientUuid using httpClientInterface.getHttpClientUuidExcludingOldReleaseAndNewRelease
• add httpClientUuid to ltpConfigurationInput
• call LogicalTerminationPointServices.createOrUpdateApplicationLtpsAsync(ltpConfigurationInput)
