Support version 2.1.1 changes

To completely implement the version 2.1.1 changes , the following tasks and their subtasks needs to be completed.
All the tasks needs to be implemented , tested , reviewed and merged to the v2.1.1_impl branch.

• To implement /v1/embed-yourself #950 To implement /v1/embed-yourself
• To exclude OldRelease and NewRelease while updating the LTP #951 To exclude OldRelease and NewRelease while updating the LTP
• To support new attributes to the callback ServiceRequestCausesLoggingRequest #952 To support new attributes to the callback ServiceRequestCausesLoggingRequest
• To support new API /v1/inquire-basic-auth-approvals #953 To support new API /v1/inquire-basic-auth-approvals
• To support new APIs in version 2.1.1  #954 To support new APIs in version 2.1.1
• Include support for file-profile-configuration/file-name , integer-profile-capability/purpose

Regression needs to be performed for the following services ,

• /v1/end-subscription
• /v1/list-ltps-and-fcs
• /v1/update-operation-key
• /v1/start-application-in-generic-representation
• /v1/inform-about-application
• /v1/inform-about-application-in-generic-representation
• /v1/inform-about-release-history
• /v1/inform-about-release-history-in-generic-representation

Other Open Issues(bugs from previous release)

• RequestHeader constructor to initialize trace-indicator as a string instead of integer #964
• eventDispatcher function shall be updated for returning response-body on receiving 200 response-code #960
• Change the file -path to file-name in the onfAttribute #958
• To limit the number of instance in tcp-server-list to 1 #904
• To include a generic non-blocking logic that waits for operation-key updates  #966

Also, apart from above changes, please find below changes that shall be considered

• Adjust FileProfile implementation to new spec (replace file-path by file-name) #902
• Since, only once instance of tcp-server and client shall be allowed, functions that allows multiple entries of tcp-client/server shall be updated to create/update single instance of tcp-server/client in AP and AP-BS packages
