To perform the server setup and Basic service intergration

• Generate server stub for the version 1.0.0 specification
• Copy the genrated server stub to the server folder
• Integrate config file to the server stub to the server/database folder
• In the packages.json include the latest onf-core-model-ap, onf-core-model-ap-bs
• Modify the application port as per the tcp-server configuration
• Integrate BasicServices
• Include OAM layer along with OAM path implementation for the MongoDB instance
• Integrate security and logging handler
