Update /v1/provide-ltp-equipment-mappings to not use deprecated ltpAugment attribute

Problem:
LtpAugment::equipment attribute seems to have been marked as deprecated some time ago.
It is used by the service /v1/provide-ltp-equipment-mappings

Solution:
Replace by LtpAugment::equipmentIdentifier

_Ich habe durch diese aktuelle Diskussion erfahren, dass LtpAugment::equipment und LtpAugment::connector bereits vor 8 Monaten deprecated wurden und durch LtpAugment::equipmentIdentifier uns LtpAugment::connectorIdentifier jeweils ersetzt werden, wobei sich die YANG-Typen von leafrefs zu instance-identifiers geändert haben.

The value of equipmentIdentifier cannot just simply be used as it is, but instead requires some processing.
In equipment, only the uuid is listed, whereas in equipmentIdentifier, a path is given, where the uuid is contained.
The actual uuid values must be extracted.

• profileInstance string-p-000 changed to retrieve equipment-identifier instead of equipment
• affected service is only /v1/provide-ltp-equipment-mappings
  • the output format of this service is not changed, it will still be named equipment
  • only the input source for equipment column are changed
