This pull request fixes credential retention when MCP prompt and resource requests fail with HTTPX transport errors. It routes
list_prompts(),get_prompt(),list_resources(),list_resource_templates(), andread_resource()through a shared sanitizer that removes unsafe URL-bearing exceptions from the raised exception graph while preserving credential-free failures.It adds regression coverage for direct request errors, HTTP status errors, nested exception groups, traceback locals, request attributes, and both logging modes.
