Thanks for reporting! The README had incorrect instructions.

The problem: dotnet run --project src/OpenClaw.Tray needs the full path to the .csproj file.

Correct command:

dotnet run --project src/OpenClaw.Tray/OpenClaw.Tray.csproj

Also added build.ps1 - a build script that checks prerequisites and builds:

# Check what you need
.\build.ps1 -CheckOnly

# Build everything  
.\build.ps1

Prerequisites:

• .NET 10.0 SDK (preview) - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/10.0
