The code that landed in #20 is still live. I think we want to use gocapability to get all of the host's capabilities. We want that behind --host-specific (in flight with #119), because “supported capabilities” is Linux/host specific. We also want to PR gocapability with a way to list all capabilities (supported or not) so we can perform host-agnostic validation from low-capability or non-Linux hosts.
