As I [pointed out](https://github.com/opencontainers/runtime-tools/pull/212#issuecomment-247127226) after #212 landed, we forgot to [bump `MAINTAINERS`](https://github.com/opencontainers/tob/pull/18/files#diff-07f935bfb8e1871445d8bf2ad3759f9bR30) and [nominate @liangchenye to put him back in](https://github.com/opencontainers/tob/pull/18/files#r77909738). #237 also suggests a maintainer change, but I think that should happen after this.
