[Tagging] Remove all tags tool

Building on #122.

Acceptance criteria

1. Add this menu to the tag drawer:
   
2. Clicking it will lead to this confirmation dialog:
   
3. Confirming "remove all" will remove all tags from the unit/component, and display a toast "N tags removed".
