Can’t get back after clicking help link from embedded dashboard

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as an admin or instructor
2. Navigate to the Instructor Dashboard
3. Click on the Reports tab
4. From any embedded course-level dashboard (Course, At-Risk, or Individual Dashboard), click on the Help tab
5. The tab contains links to the applicable Aspects and Superset documentation
6. Click on the Aspects documentation

Expected Behavior

1. I see that the link to Aspects or Superset documentation will open in a new tab via a Opens in new window icon (if we have in Paragon)
2. When I click either link, it opens the docs in a new window.

Actual Behavior

1. For the Superset Documentation, when I click the link it opens the docs in a new window.
2. For the Aspects Documentation, when I click the link I can see the Aspects documentation I accessed within the iframe, but I have no way of getting back to the dashboard I was just in (aside from clicking back in the browser a few times - this doesn’t work on the first try). See screenshot, below:

I'm going to change this so both documentation links open in a new window

I had to implement one more fix on the frontend side for this. I'll check tomorrow after the sandbox rebuild to make sure it works
