Quiz indicator not working properly

Hi there!

I've noticed that the "mistake indicator" (the red cross) in the quizzes is not displayed properly when you choose a different option and save (not submit) it. Then the red cross is shown at the saved option, not the formerly submitted one.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Pick a wrong answer in a quiz and submit it one time, then a red cross indicates that the answer was wrong.
2. Pick a different answer and save (not submit) it.
3. Navigate to a different page of the course (e.g. a different quiz).
4. Return to the quiz. Now the red cross is at the last selected (not the submitted) answer.
   Note: It's always a red cross - no matter which option you choose before saving.
   So this bug does not reveal the correct answer to the quizzes.
