@nedbat @singingwolfboy I'm not really sure where we would begin with internationalizing this file. Looks like it's used in cms/djangoapps/contentstore/views/course.py: AboutDescriptor.get_template('overview.yaml')

There are a number of .yaml files which are templates for use in Studio when creating new courseware elements. None of them have been internationalized. @andy-armstrong I think has the latest plan.
