Cant load HtmlEditor

In CMS, new unit Steps:

Add an html component
Click on Edit
Editor dont show "area" to edit it.

In browser console:
Unable to load HTMLEditingDescriptor: Cannot call method 'add' of undefined

Using latest master branch.

Like how persistent this issue is? Try again after clearing your browser cache.

I fixed it, updating edx repo.
