Upgrade pymongo to Ensure Compatibility with MongoDB 6.0 and 7.0

We are currently using pymongo==3.13.0, our infrastructure plans include upgrading MongoDB to versions 6.0 and then 7.0. To ensure compatibility and full functionality, we need to upgrade pymongo to at least version 4.4, which provides comprehensive support for both MongoDB 6.0 and 7.0 https://www.mongodb.com/docs/drivers/pymongo/#compatibility-table-legend
Please update pymongo to version 4.4 or higher to align with our planned MongoDB upgrades.
