The decision to migrate Discussion XBlock to xblocks-contrib is still pending approval from Kyle.

Confirmed with Dave O that we do indeed still need to extract this block.

To enable discussion:

1. Install tutor-forum: pip install tutor-forum
2. Run tutor plugins list to check if the forum is enabled.
3. If not enabled, run tutor plugins enable forum.
4. run tutor images build forum.

Skip step 3 if forum is already enabled.

@ttqureshi The steps you mention do not work for this context. There is a documentation available to configure discussion in unit.
