django52: test failure in test_random_seed_with_reset_question_unsubmitted

Tests are running with `django52` in `edx-platform`

You can use this [PR](https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/pull/37138) to run tests locally. It has many commits for storages these PRs in review.
