Can't scroll all the way down on navigation #255
Description
As far as I can tell you can't scroll the navigation, which makes some links at the bottom of the nav inaccessible. I'm on latest chrome on latest macOS. Additionally, it looks like there isn't responsive css, so I want to also suggest reformatting the HTML/CSS to be responsive friendly (so that the book could conceivably be read on mobile too?)
