Android Studio urges developers to update to gradle-5.1.1
Once that is done a ton of deprecation warnings appear.
This PR updates AppAuth-Android to gradle-5.1.1, the buildToolsVersion to 28.0.3 and fixes the
javaCompiledeprecation warning.
