Improved UI to show chosen device and not close when clicking in the menu.

Changed UI to essentially be window version. Works better as it shows selected device directly and does not close when clicking anywhere in menu. Readme has been updated as well. I have changed version to 1.7 for the current. Prior one with LosslessSwitcher style menu is 1.6 for me locally, but not in the files here. Those are 1.5.1 (9). |
Cleaned up code.
One more clean up. Just an empty line above MARK for formatting.
Final cleanup for today. Removed comment on AppDelegate about LosslessSwitcher as that is in the readme. Removed some lines at end of files.
