POST /data/untag

Functionality:

Untags a dataset.
Upon success, returns ID of the untagged dataset.

Request Parameters:

• data_id: (required) integer - ID of the dataset
• tag: (required) string - Tag name
• api_key: (required) string - API key to authenticate user

Tables touched:

Dataset, Dataset_tag, Study_tag

Success Response:

ID of the untagged dataset

As a general topic for all endpoints, we want to migrate from 412 Precondition failed to 422 Unprocessable Entity for errors related to invalid input types.

I've checked the requirements for the POST /data/untag endpoint.

Ready to handle the migration from the legacy PHP implementation.
