[Magic] Change AUTH_API_RESOURCE handling in EdgeApplicationAuthenticator

Currently method authenticateApplication declares String AUTH_API_RESOURCE = "auth";

I believe that we should apply a centralized endpoint management with a dedicated class.
It can be useful both for the EdgeApplicationAuthenticator and the EdgeApplicationConnector.
We can also add utility method to validate the base endpoint url
