microshift-e2e is failing with service-ca-controller in CrashLoopBackOff, so I think this version of container-selinux does not work on the 9.1 images.

• Conformance-reduced[-arm]: These failures are expected since it's still being run on a rhel 9.1 VM on GCP. A PR is on hold to update these tests, pending this one being merged.

• e2e-arm: This is most likely from a bug in the CI scripts, but it's impossible to tell exactly what from the sparse logs. We'll need to merge this PR so that we can debug the CI scripts.
