Simplify the Heat template for ironic nodes by using direct image references instead of block_device_mapping_v2 with CDROM configuration. Add ironic_boot_interface and sushy_tools_vmedia_type outputs. Add experimental CI job (vexxhost-hotstack-uni01alpha) to test the uni01alpha scenario in Zuul.
