Alternative Providers code Sample

It would be great if the Wiki and/or code samples used providers other than RackSpace. Since this is the "official .NET implementation", the scope of the documentation should probably go beyond just RackSpace.

I'm assigning this issue to milestone 2.0, where the library is heavily refactored to emphasize OpenStack as the primary vendor with differences in other vendors added as extensions to the core services.
