Steps to Reproduce

Install the lastest package (3.1.1-r1), but dns_hetznercloud.sh is missing in /usr/lib/acme/client/dnsapi/
The old Hetzner DNS API (dns_hetzner.sh) is deprecated, all zones must be migrated to the Hetzner cloud until may 2026.

I tried to add the missing file by hand, but it seems, acme.sh changed as well, so it does not recognize it.

I tried the missing script from upstream with the current version of acme.sh from the openwrt feed, and those are not compatible, because they apparently changed/renamed some variables in the scripts. So a newer version of acme.sh is needed as well.

I think, bumping the version for all acme packages to 3.1.2 should be simple and sufficient.

I now compiled acme-acmesh_3.1.2-r1_all.ipk and acme-acmesh-dnsapi_3.1.2-r1_all.ipk myself, and upgraded them on my OpenWrt container.
There is still no way to select the corresponding entry of dns_hetznercloud.sh from the Luci GUI.
When viewing /www/luci-static/resources/view/acme.js from the luci-app-acme package, I can see, all those entries are hardcoded, and not read from the actual available files from /usr/lib/acme/client/dnsapi
So luci-app-acme needs an upgrade as well to work with the latest 3.1.2 version of acme.sh.

Today I noticed, the deprecated Hetzner DNS API has planned brownouts, no update possible then. So migration to the new Hetzner Cloud API is urgent.
